Beginning with Monday October 20, 2008 we will be holding planning meetings for the Dream Ride Lancaster event scheduled for July 2009. (tentative date July 25).
Meetings will be at 9:00 AM on the following Mondays leading up to the Dream Ride Lancaster event:
October 20, November 17, January 19, February 16, March 16, April 20, May 18, June 15, July 13, July 20
The meetings will take place at the Dream Ride Projects Office Building, the Southern Market Building located at 100 South Queen Street, in Lancaster City, at the corner of West Vine Street & South Queen Street.
On-Street Parking on West Vine Street and South Queen Street is available as well as the King Street Parking Garage.
Purpose of the meetings will be an orientation meeting for all new charities becoming involved in the Dream Ride Lancaster event, second to provide a venue for the planning activities associated with the event itself, and finally the meetings will serve as a medium to keep all participating charities up to date and to provide a forum for everyone to discuss ongoing event related issues, bring new ideas for the event, and essentially work together to help make the Dream Ride Lancaster event the best event it can be.
